Section 1: Return and Exchange Policy
SuperKids strictly follows the terms and conditions mentioned below for return and exchange:
If you receive an order with item(s) that are not in their original condition (sealopened), defective/damaged or incorrect then you can exchange it within 7 days of the item(s) delivery. SuperKids will only accept returned exchange for purchase made from the SuperKids e-Store.
If you choose to exchange the order, you will be required to inform our customer services department (by sending an e-mail to email@example.com). Kindly clearly mention why you would like to exchange your order. Please return the item(s) in their original packing.
Replacement shall only be entertained if the customer wants to exchange within the same category depending upon the availability of the stock. All returns will be inspected upon arrival in our warehouse. If the SuperKids quality team find that the articles were used, mishandled or not in their original state then we will not be able to consider the return.
We offer customers the option of exchanging received items within 7 days of delivery with the supporting receipt.
*Accessories and discounted Items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Section 2: Refund policy
We strictly do not refund in any case.
Section 3: Shipping
Shipment is free nationwide on orders worth above PKR. 4,999.
Section 4: Lost Shipping Policy
We keep a track record of our customer shipments from dispatch till delivery with the help of our courier service companies. However, we cannot guarantee that the shipment will reach you. If your order is not received within 7 days of dispatch kindly contact our customer services department or email us (firstname.lastname@example.org).
